A $1,000 payment is due to PEP by March 15, 2019. This includes the hotel cost and the administrative fee. Participants should plan to purchase airfare and a train ticket to Paris on their own by April 1, 2019.

Airfare est. $800:

Volunteers will purchase tickets on their own if they are selected for PEP-London. Price is based on current rates and is subject to increase based on ticket availability.


 

Hotel $900:

Double-occupancy. Volunteers will submit payment via PayPal.


 

Food $300:

Volunteers will purchase their own food during the trip. This is the estimated cost.


 

Ground Transportation $100:

Includes daily train/transport costs. Volunteers will pay transportation costs on site.


 

Insurance $80:

Volunteers will purchase insurance on their own before departure. This is the estimated cost.


 

Administrative Fee $200:

Shuttle and other general expenses. Volunteers will submit payment via PayPal.


 

Train to Paris $220:

Volunteers will purchase a train ticket to Paris on their own before departure. This is the estimated cost.
